Snowden said : Don't use Allo

Google allo has been surrounded by controversy after releasing it. While Security experts were saying that google should provide security to users, Edward Snowden declared this app a US surveillance efforts. He clearly said "Don't use Allo", statement added fuel to the fire of controversy.

If you Don't know Edward Snowden. He is whistleblower, who leaked details of massive US government surveillance programs in 2013.

Edward Snowden. Free for download today: Google Mail, Google Maps, and Google Surveillance. That's #Allo. Don't use Allo.
Why controversy with allo? Google announced allo in Google’s developer conference, I/O, in may. Along with end-to-end-encrypted Incognito Mode. It was seems like a new type of messaging platform.

The Verge reported that “The version of Allo rolling out today will store all non-incognito messages by default — a clear change from Google’s earlier statements that the app would only store messages transiently and in non-identifiable form,”

You use 'incognito mode', your conversations will be end-to-end encrypted as google said before.

Maybe this update is for features like 'smart reply' and 'Google Assistant', because if you will use incognito Google can't read any of your messages, so you won't see any Smart Reply or Google Assistant features.
