Now You Can Easily Share 360 Photos On Facebook

Introducing 360 Photos on Facebook from Facebook on Vimeo.

Social media giant Facebook is finally improving photos with new 360 photo sharing on Facebook so that people can share more immersive views with their friends.

To share 360 photos on Facebook. You can simply take panorama photo with your phone and then post it on Facebook as you would a normal photo and rest work will be done by Facebook. Photo will be converted to 360 photo by Facebook itself.

You will see a compass icon on the right-hand side of the photo. These photos can be explored similar to how people experience 360 videos on Facebook. You can also capture a 360-degree photo using a 360 photo app or 360 camera.

To explore a 360 photo on mobile you can simply tap and drag the photo or you can move your phone, and on the web you can click and drag.

You’ll also be able to explore Facebook 360 photos in virtual reality with the Samsung Gear VR, powered by Oculus.

New feature is rolling out for web and the latest version of the Facebook app on iOS and Android.
