LinkedIn Students App to Search Jobs

LinkedIn is a Social Networking site for professionals, now company has introduced first-of-its-kind LinkedIn Students app for searching jobs. Company said "tailored specifically for soon-to-be college graduates looking to answer these very questions".

New app uses LinkedIn’s database of over 400 million professionals to discover jobs that are a best fit for graduates with your major.

Company also noted that 86% of students choose to go to college to get better jobs, but 44% of graduates are underemployed. $1.2 trillion of student loan debt and an unemployment rate among college graduates of 7.2 percent (compared with only 5.5 percent in 2007).

The new LinkedIn Students app is available for iOS and Android in the US only for now.
