Mark Zuckerberg disappointed with TRAI's decision, Will facebook adjust the program to satisfy the Indian ?

Indian telecom regulator (TRAI) has blocked programs that provide free access ( Remember Facebook's free basics ! )  to data and differential and discriminatory pricing of data on the basis of content.

Now Facebook's CEO has posted his opinion on TRAi's decision, He said "we're disappointed with today's decision".

TRAI's decision will affect facebook's so-called-philanthropic project Internet.org's, Free Basics, as well as programs by other organizations that discriminatory pricing of data on the basis of content.

What TARI mentioned in rules, are very simple. The law primarily upholds net neutrality concept.

Facebook’s future is dependent on growth from emerging markets and India is the second largest market for Facebook after the United States. Now the question is,  Will facebook adjust the program to satisfy the Indian ?
